Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and MayR Labs (“we”, “us”), the makers of the Naija Classic Games app and the website at naijaclassic.games.mlabs.ng. By downloading the app or using the website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
If you are under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment. The app is free.
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app, or publish modified versions of it;
- reverse engineer the app, or try to get around the checks that protect our services;
- send us spam, automated messages, or anything unlawful, abusive, hateful or misleading;
- use the app or website in a way that could harm us, other players, or our services.
The app store you download from (Google Play or the App Store) also has its own terms that apply to your download.
The games
Naija Classic Games brings together games many of us grew up with, such as Ludo, Whot, Ayo, Draughts and Snake & Ladder, plus original games like Naija Business, Naija Millionaire and Last Last. Traditional games belong to everyone; the app’s design, artwork, code, questions, text and our own game rules are ours and are protected by law.
Naija Business, Naija Millionaire and Last Last are games. Money, prices, property, prizes and amounts in them are pretend and have no real-world value. They are not gambling and cannot be exchanged for anything real.
Trivia in Naija Millionaire is written carefully, but we can’t promise every answer is perfect. If you spot a mistake, tell us.
Playing with others
Bluetooth games connect your phone directly to phones near you. Only play with people you know and trust, and be kind. We don’t run or monitor these games and aren’t responsible for what other players do.
Suggestions and feedback
We love hearing from you. When you send us a suggestion, game idea or feedback, you agree that we may use it to improve or add to Naija Classic Games, for free and without owing you anything. Please don’t send us anything that belongs to someone else or that you want to keep confidential. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Updates and availability
We may update the app to add games, fix problems or change features, and we may stop offering a feature or the app. We try to keep everything working, but we can’t promise the app or website will always be available or free of errors.
No warranty
The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including about fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you for anything related to the app or website is limited to ₦10,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending these terms
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access to our online services (such as sending suggestions) if you break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If there’s a dispute, we’d like to sort it out together first, so please contact us. Otherwise, the courts of Nigeria will have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll update the date at the top and, where it makes sense, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
